Privacy, in plain words
This page covers this website. It does not cover the information a company keeps in Nexavya HRMS about its own employees; that belongs to the company.
What we collect
Only what you type into our demo and contact forms: your name, work email, company, team size, and anything else you choose to write, such as a phone number or what you would like to see. We also keep a scrambled form of your network address for a short while, only to stop the forms being flooded by robots. It cannot be turned back into your address.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your request and to arrange a demo.
- To keep a record of the conversation, so you are not asked the same thing twice.
We do not sell your details and we do not share them with advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets one cookie, a session cookie that protects the forms from being submitted by other websites. It is not used for tracking and is removed when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Who sees it
The people at Nexavya who answer requests. Requests are emailed to our team and stored in a private database on our server.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is useful to the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to hello@nexavya.in and we will do it.
