We build HR software that respects your people and your time
Nexavya is a software company. Our product, Nexavya HRMS, brings attendance, leave, payroll, hiring and onboarding into one application for Indian businesses.
Who we are
Nexavya makes software for the people who run HR in growing companies. Most of them are doing it with a mix of spreadsheets, chat messages and a payroll file, and they spend their month chasing information. We build the single place where that information lives, correctly, so they can spend the month on people.
We build Nexavya HRMS ourselves, from the screens to the server, and we test it end to end before anything reaches you. When something does not work for you, you talk to the people who built it.
What we are building
- One application for the whole employee journey: apply, join, work, get paid, grow, leave.
- Payroll and statutory handling that follows Indian rules: PF, ESI, professional tax by state, TDS and the files that go with them.
- A company-by-company model: each business has its own database, its own files and its own settings.

Your data is yours
You can export it, you decide who sees it, and we only look at it when you ask or when you can see why in your own log.
Honest pricing
Prices are on the website. Extra users and storage have a price too. If a custom plan makes sense for you, we will say so and quote it in writing.

Rupees, PF and ESI, state-wise professional tax, TDS and Form 16, Indian holidays and the way Indian teams actually work.
