Billing questions
Is there a contract?
Tell us what you need when you book a demo and we will confirm the billing terms with you in writing before you start.
What counts as an employee?
Every active person with a login counts. People who have left are deactivated and stop counting, and their history stays on record.
What happens if we reach the employee limit?
Adding another person is refused with a clear message, and HR can ask us for more users from the Plan and usage page. Nothing is deleted or switched off.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, up or down. If you move down, what you have already recorded stays readable; you just cannot add new records for a service the new plan does not include.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are per month and exclude GST. GST is added on the invoice at the rate that applies.
Can I see it before I decide?
Yes, that is what the demo is for. Bring a real situation and we will show it working.
